You'll work in a professional, supportive environment where safety and clinical excellence are our top priorities.Some of your responsibilities will include :Meet and work towards the company and personal objectives and key resultsCommunicate, liaise and work closely with a range of health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary unitAlign with a corporate culture that drives a fun but professional, supportive vibeResearching, planning, and delivering corporate flu vaccination programsCoordinating, supervising, and participating in Occupational Health Promotion ProgramsImplement Workplace Injury Prevention training and coaching offered to clientsPeriodic Company Screenings such as spirometry, drug and alcohol screening, audiometry, rail medicals, spray painter, and truck safe in conjunction with the Senior Medical Director and accredited doctorsAbout YouThe successful candidate will be :Keen to leave a mark and passionate about the positive social impact delivered as a teamExcellent at problem-solving and able to share recommendations to actively improve processes and efficiencyTech-savvy and adaptable to evolving technologyYou will also have :Previous industry experience preferred but not essentialCurrent AHPRA RegistrationA relevant Tertiary qualificationImmunisation qualification (beneficial)What's in it for You?
