* Minimum two years' experience in personal injury insurance, with a strong understanding of customer drivers and service excellence.
* Commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth, profitability, and quality initiatives.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering repeat business and new business.
