About the Role
The Centre Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing daily meals that meet nutritional guidelines and support children's health and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cooking, food safety, and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and prepare daily meals for children aged 0 to 6 years old.
* Follow centre nutrition guidelines and Healthy Together Achievement Program.
* Manage kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Commercial Cookery Qualification (Certificate III or higher).
* A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
* A Safe Food Handling Certificate.
* Experience in childcare preferred.
