ICT Support Analyst

We have an opportunity for an experienced ICT professional to join our team as an ICT Support Analyst. The role will be a member of our ICT Service Delivery team and be responsible for resolving incidents and service requests remotely over the phone, and face-to-face.
As the successful applicant you will have previous experience providing ICT support in a Windows environment.
We are looking for someone with:
1. Associate Diploma level of study in a relevant field or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge gained through other studies or work experience.
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Experience in solving computer software and hardware issues
4. Strong communication skills, including preparation of documentation
5. Experience supporting customers in a Microsoft 365 environment
6. You will be supported with induction, training, and experienced peers to succeed in the role.
