We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Position to join our Marketing and Commercial team. The position is based in the heart of Fremantle, WA.
Reporting to Branch Manager, this position will be part of a team responsible for import/export documentation and act as the first touch point for our customers general service-related enquiries. Helping to resolve transactional issues, identify opportunities to provide accurate support for the Sales and Operations departments, and/or escalating more complex issues as/where required.

Key Responsibilities
We aim to create strong individual & team members, who are highly knowledgeable and multi-skilled in all areas of customer service, including but not limited to:
* Import Documentation
* Export Documentation
* Export & Import booking management
* Accounts collection and reconciliation
* Sales Support, including quoting rates
The individual preferably has some experience (however not essential) in customer service functions to ensure our customer expectations are exceeded and all outcomes are communicated and delivered in a professional manner.
The successful applicants will have:
* A genuine interest in the Shipping and Logistics industry. Previous industry experience will be highly regarded, however not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail
* Highly organized individual with strong computer and administration skills. Microsoft Suite experience is a must, as is a creative flair & passion for digitalization
* Ability to multi-task whilst working well under pressure meeting tight deadlines
* Bright and vibrant personality, self-starter with a "can-do attitude"
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as autonomously
* "Salesforce" (CRM) experience will be highly regarded, but again, not essential
