Overview
An established, owner-focused property group is seeking an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join its Asset Management team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded property professional who enjoys relationship management, portfolio growth, and working closely with investors across a diverse apartment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and strengthen relationships with apartment owners, investors, Body Corporates and Owners Associations
* Act as the main point of contact for owner enquiries relating to investment performance, returns and management options
* Resolve owner matters with a professional, solutions-focused approach
* Identify and implement opportunities to increase keys under management
* Maintain strong knowledge of letting models, portfolio structures and relevant legislation
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes across the portfolio
About You
* Experience within Property Management, Leasing, Asset Management or Business Development
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident handling challenging conversations and stakeholder expectations
* High attention to detail with strong administrative capability
