About the role, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to excel in our Gold Coast and Northern NSW region. Reporting to the QLD Sales Manager, you will promote and sell building products across residential and landscaping segments.
Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
* Develop business strategies that deliver exceptional customer service and improved profit margins.
* Nurture strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
* Create and execute sales plans, activities and campaigns for your territory.
* Achieve revenue targets.
* Communicate new products and price changes.
* Support product launches and introductions.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative (minimum 3 years).
* Knowledge of the Building and/or Construction industry preferred.
* Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using CRM software desirable.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service.
