What You Will Be Doing
Leading and supervising production crews to achieve daily safety and production targetsPromoting and enforcing the Site Safety Health Management System and statutory requirementsDriving operational performance and fostering continuous improvement across the workforceFacilitating and participating in pre-start meetings and safety briefingsCoaching, mentoring and developing team membersMonitoring production outcomes and maintaining accurate operational records
What You Will Need
Excavator and Dragline experience minimum 5 yearsCurrent Standard 11Mining Supervisor competencies (G1, G2, G8, G9)Proven leadership experience in an open-cut mining environmentStrong communication skills and demonstrated mentoring capabilityAbility to adapt to change with a solutions-focused approachCompetent in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated commitment to safety with a record of positive outcomes
