We have an exciting opportunity available for an MSP Vendor Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the central point of coordination, working closely with vendors, hiring managers and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
We're looking for a true all-rounder who brings energy, accountability and a collaborative mindset, and who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
What will your day look like?
* Coordinating end-to-end MSP program activities across vendors and stakeholders
* Supporting hiring managers with requisitions, onboarding and offboarding processes
* Acting as the key point of contact for vendors and internal teams
* Managing high-volume admin, compliance and data integrity within systems (VMS)
* Supporting vendor performance, communication and continuous improvement initiatives
* Assisting with onboarding, training and implementation of processes and systems
