We're expanding and looking for an Office superstar who thrives in a busy, supportive environment someone who takes pride in helping customers, supporting technicians, and keeping the day-to-day operations running seamlessly.
What You'll Be Doing
Be the first point of contact answer calls and manage emails with professionalism and care.
Schedule jobs and support our team of field technicians.
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
Completing quoting, invoicing, and general admin tasks.
Support key client accounts and help keep our operations on track.
Assist with business reporting and performance tracking.
What You'll Bring

Confidence with Microsoft Office and digital systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
