About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech Pathologist to join a dynamic team. Full-time or part-time arrangements are available. The role offers a diverse caseload, leadership opportunities, and the flexibility to focus on adults, children, or both. You will provide assessments, develop tailored therapy plans, and work collaboratively with clients, families, educators, and allied health professionals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver therapy for speech, language, social communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication difficulties. Develop and implement evidence-based, client-centred therapy plans. Maintain accurate client records in line with NDIS and organisational standards. Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development. Assist with business development initiatives and continuous improvement of clinic practices. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and remotely with initiative. Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Registration (or eligibility) with SPA. Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain). National Police Clearance & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
