We are seeking passionate, qualified teachers eager to embrace the unique journey of learning, living, and contributing to vibrant Catholic school communities within the stunning Kimberley region of Western Australia. Welcome to Kimberley Calling – an initiative by CEWA inviting you to empower and be inspired by students across Broome, teaching at your choice of 13 unique school destinations. CEWA's primary need is for Early Childhood and Primary teachers, along with Secondary specialist teachers in Physical Education, Art, Design Technology (Metal, Plastic, Woodwork), Music, or Home Economics. Successful applicants must hold a university degree (or equivalent) in Education, be registered with the TRBWA, and be available for either long-term contracts of 12 months (with possible extension) or term-based contracts (with possible extension).

From this pool, principals will directly appoint outstanding individuals for their specific schools and communities.
Benefits include:
* Relocation travel from any major Australian city, including flights, goods transportation, and vehicle transport paid by CEWA
* Housing provided by CEWA at a capped low percentage of salary or completely free, depending on the school destination
* Location allowance paid per fortnight
* Regional annual bonus (pro-rata for term-based teachers)
* Air conditioning reimbursement paid per fortnight
* Electricity costs above average paid by CEWA
* Accelerated long service leave accrual at twice the standard rate (depending on destination)
* Christmas break flights back to Perth or equivalent
* Two mid-year break chartered plane flights annually for teacher teams in eastern desert schools, with destinations including Broome, Katherine, etc.
* Early classroom finish at 12:30 pm every Friday
* Additional accrued leave days to extend long weekends and support personal travel during your stay (applicable to selected desert schools)

Remuneration:
* $88,785 - $132,585 per annum + 11% Superannuation
* Annual bonus ranging from $5,000 to $20,000
* Location allowance between $3,534 and $10,786 per annum
* Additional reimbursements for air conditioning and electricity costs
Requirements:
* University degree in Education or equivalent (Early Childhood, Primary, or Secondary)
* Registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA). Candidates with registration in other Australian states (NT, QLD, SA, NSW, VIC, TAS) may apply; CEWA will guide successful applicants on mutual recognition procedures.
