**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Demi Chef to join our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of presentation, flavour, and quality in all aspects of their work.
**Your Day-to-Day:** As a member of our Culinary Team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and food quality in Ascua, Heno & Rey, Room Service, Breakfast, and Functions. Your passion for presentation and dedication to flavour will make each guest's experience truly unforgettable.
**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Commercial Cookery qualification
* Minimum 2 years experience (post-cookery apprenticeship) in modern, busy restaurants known for using quality fresh produce
* Experience supervising others through a professional and motivating leadership style
* A working knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures
