Executive Support Officer Role
This position requires an experienced professional to provide high-level confidential support to senior executives in a regional setting.
The successful candidate will have experience in senior executive environments and be responsible for providing administrative, business, and logistical support including travel coordination and event management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional confidential support services to senior executives.
* Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, workshops, conferences, and other events.
* Screening phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Requirements include:
* Experience working in senior executive environments, preferably in a regional location.
* Proven ability to provide administrative support, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior executives and other stakeholders.
