Work with an NDIS-accredited provider delivering top-quality speech therapy Diverse caseload - supporting children and adults with various speech and language challenges Flexible work options - Home visits, in-clinic services, and home programs Access to specialized assessment tools to support tailored interventions Supportive and collaborative team environment About the Role As a Speech Pathologist, you will: Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of communication disorders, including: Speech delays, articulation issues, and fluency disorders Language comprehension and expression difficulties Social communication challenges Stuttering and voice disorders Speech therapy for disabilities Conduct functional assessments including: CELF-5 (Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals) - Language Assessment (Ages 5-21) PLS-5 (Preschool Language Scales) - Early Language Screening (Ages birth-7) DEAP (Diagnostic Evaluation of Articulation and Phonology) - Speech Assessment (Ages 3-8) CELF-5 Screener for students aged 9+ who need additional support Test of Integrated Language & Literacy Skills for individuals 5+ with little or no communication foundation Work collaboratively to provide personalized intervention strategies to improve communication outcomes for clients.
