About the Role

DCC is seeking a motivated Provisional Psychologist or Registered Psychologist to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessments, evidence‐based therapy, and collaborate closely with other clinicians and allied health assistants across our clinic network to deliver holistic, client‐centred care. For provisional psychologists, we offer funded external supervision to help you meet the requirements for working in addition to placement and internship programs (5+1 pathway).

Responsibilities
* Deliver psychology and mental health services, which may include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management, within the multidisciplinary team to clients with varied presentations
* Support clients in achieving their goals and improving independence through comprehensive interventions
* Prepare detailed reports for NDIS and other stakeholders
* Provide evidence‐based therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups
* Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Allied Health Assistants to develop integrated care plans
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with professional and legal standards
* Potential to provide supervision to provisional psychologists in line with AHPRA and Psychology Board of Australia requirements, supporting their professional and educational development
* Liaise with families, schools, and other external agencies as appropriate
* Comply with all Professional Development and supervision requirements as per APS guidelines, AHPRA requirements and other frameworks

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology
* Current AHPRA Registration as a provisional, clinical or general psychologist
* 2+ years' experience as a registered Psychologist highly regarded
* Working with Children Check (QLD Paid Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain
* Current P2 or open Australian driver's licence (essential for travel between sites)
* National Police Check or willingness to obtain
* Nationally recognised First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
* Strong organisational, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
* A positive, client‐centred approach to therapy
