The Role
Responsibilities
Assessment and preparation of progress claims, variation claims, and extensions of time
Preparation and issuance of tender packages
Preparation and monitoring of project construction programs
Negotiation and preparation of contracts for award
Management of payment claims including the development and implementation of payment processes to ensure all claims and payment schedules meet relevant legislation timeframes
Review and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and projections in conjunction with the project managers
Providing support to Project Managers as required
DA approvals and implementation of feasibilities/ costings
Experience Required
5+ years experience in developing and implementing robust policies, processes, and procedures for commercial procurement and contract management practices
High attention to detail
Strong experience in Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word, Excel & Project & Estate Master
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Property Economics, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management preferred but not essential
Experience working on residential developments and commercial fit-outs
High attention to detail
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
