Senior Maintenance Officer Aviation Precinct
The Tamworth Regional Council is seeking an experienced trade professional to join our team as a Senior Maintenance Officer Aviation Precinct. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your trade skills and management experience in a new environment.
You will be responsible for managing and planning maintenance operations at Tamworth Airport and IFTT, while engaging with stakeholders and tenants to ensure the aviation precinct is maintained to schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and plan operational activities related to maintenance services across Tamworth Regional Airport and International Flight Training Tamworth
* Engage and manage contractors for general maintenance activities
* Coordinate and administer the Aviation Precinct Asset Management Plan in conjunction with the Operations Manager - Aviation Precinct, focusing on groundside assets
* Coordinate staff rosters to ensure an effective customer service model
Requirements:
* Qualified Airport Safety and Reporting Officer
* Demonstrated experience in facilities/buildings maintenance or similar roles
* Demonstrated experience in customer service
* Driver's Licence
* WHS Construction Induction Card
* Previous work experience in a team environment
What We Offer:
* Salary range: Grade 13 - $77,339.08 - $83,694.43 per annum plus superannuation for a 38-hour workweek
