About the Role:
In this key role, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred support, assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care and mobility, and encouraging community involvement and social connection. You'll also advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of people with disabilities to ensure they receive tailored support that respects their unique needs and goals.

About You:

* Hold a current Driver's Licence and First Aid & CPR certificates.
