About the Role
As a Senior Audio Visual Technician, you will set up, operate, and pack down events, working both independently and as part of a team. You will provide technical direction, lead and coach colleagues, liaise with clients, and ensure event requirements are met.
You will oversee the technical team's performance, maintaining quality and efficiency while fostering professional growth. In collaboration with management, you will contribute to planning, resource allocation, and best-practice implementation to support operational excellence and organisational goals.

Your Skills
* 5 years + in the audiovisual or events industry
* Experience within corporate events
* Strong customer service and pride in personal presentation
