The Student Support Officer will ideally need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be required to facilitate our check-in process in Student Services as well as running identified programs and maintaining comprehensive records. A collaborative and consultative approach is highly desirable to work within a well resourced and experienced student focused team. Prior experience supporting students through mentoring, mediation, counselling, school engagement, assessing levels of risk, interagency links and case management will be considered favourably.The successful applicant will ideally cultivate a safe and accountable environment, underpinning Byford SC’s core values.
