Compliance Officer Opportunity
We're seeking a detail-focused and highly organised Compliance Officer to join our Asset & PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) team.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage compliance documentation and ensure regulatory standards are met across Coles Supermarkets, Coles Liquor, and Target locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain up-to-date registers of certifications and compliance documents across multiple sites.
* Track expiry and renewal dates to ensure uninterrupted compliance.
* Earn sure documentation is accessible for internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Certificate III/IV in Commerce, Management, or Asset Maintenance – Highly Preferred.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in office administration – Essential.
* Experience with document management – Preferred.
* Baaic to intermediate Excel skills – Essential.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
* Full Australian working rights.
