Introduction
We're looking for a compassionate, friendly and organised casual Administrative Support Officer to manage our front desk and support daily operations. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, respectful, and professional experience for clients, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide frontline service, ensuring prompt, sensitive and confidential handling of enquiries.
* Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously and professionally.
* Outbound calls advising clients of changes with their services.
* Accurately receive and convey messages in writing, verbally, and electronically.
* Interact compassionately and professionally with clients and their families.
* Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payments in accordance with TDN's billing policy.
* Scan and file documents.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong computer literacy, specifically in client management systems and word-based software (e.g. Word, Outlook).
* Ability to communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize work tasks.
