Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this important role will cover the full range of human resources functions across all four offices. Leading a small HR and administration team, key responsibilities of this hands-on role include:
* providing consulting services as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Partners, and business leaders in developing and delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives;
* facilitating talent acquisition and retention including attraction, recruitment, induction, succession, performance management, learning and development;
* focusing on the delivery of staff health and wellbeing initiatives maintaining contemporary human resource management policies, processes and technology;
* positioning the firm as an employer of choice by ensuring a strong EVP.
