In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Engage customers courteously and professionally.
* Use specialized tools and follow procedures to diagnose and complete repairs.
* Perform preventative maintenance on power generation products.
* Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced technicians or supervisors.
* Complete required documentation (service worksheets, timesheets, etc.).
* Maintain service vehicle and tools.
* Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
* Diagnostics & Repairs: Use specialized tools and procedures to diagnose and complete basic repairs.
* Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on power generation products.
* Issue Escalation: Refer unresolved issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
* Documentation: Accurately complete service records, timesheets, and warranty claims.
* Training & Development: Participate in required training programs.
* Vehicle & Tool Maintenance: Keep service vehicle and tools clean and operational.
* Health & Safety: Follow all safety policies and report incidents promptly.

Education & Certifications
* Preferred: Apprentice Certified Power Generation/Electrical Technician.
* Vocational diploma in a relevant technical field.
* Current electrical certification and valid driver's license.
Experience
* Basic field service experience.
* Intermediate knowledge of power generation products.
* High Voltage/Low Voltage experience.
* Strong customer service background.
