* Analyse and resolve technical challenges to optimise system performance.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
* Ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards.
* Document technical processes and project outcomes effectively.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
* Participate in regular project meetings and provide status updates.
Qualifications
* Experience leading technical delivery of digital campaigns or large-scale releases
* Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and customer-facing digital journeys
* Expertise in testing, release management, defect resolution, and production validation
* Ability to manage technical risks, make go/no-go decisions, and ensure launch readiness
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams
