What you'll do
Develop, coordinate, and implement communication strategies, tools, campaigns, and publications to support and promote the program business change activities and ensure consistency and a positive image for the program.
Lead the development and delivery of key messages to the IWFM business including employees, customers, internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all key messaging and communication materials are consistent with endorsed processes and program expectations.
Provide expert advice on issues that arise in relation to change and communications activities.
Manage the delivery of communications activities and the establishment and management of specialised communications artefacts ensuring expected timeframes are met.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
Demonstrated success in a marketing and communications field with a proven record in planning, executing, and evaluating communications strategies and / or campaigns within a large complex service delivery environment.
Demonstrated experience in developing a range of communications collateral including presentations, publications, brochures, and multi-media content.
Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross team collaboration to support effective business change and to provide advice, consultation and collaboration with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders on complex and strategic issues.
Proven advanced analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
Experience with workforce management/HR/Rostering solution implementations would be highly regarded.
