As a Supported Employee, you'll take part in garden maintenance activities, supported by friendly staff who will guide you, encourage you, and help you develop practical skills for the future.
Applicants must be current NDIS Participants with Supports in Employment funding or flexible core supports included in their NDIS Plan.

Responsibilities
* Helping with mowing, weeding, watering, and general garden maintenance
* Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and safe
* Learning practical skills while working as part of a small team
* Reporting hazards or safety issues to your support worker
* Building confidence, teamwork skills, and independence
Qualifications / Requirements
* Supports in Employment funding listed on your NDIS Plan
* NDIS Worker Screening Check + Blue Card
* Valid Police Check
* A willingness to learn, try new tasks, and work outdoors
