Mermade Hair is on the hunt for a highly analytical, performance-obsessed coordinator/analyst to support the execution, optimisation, and scale of our global paid media and digital performance channels. You'll be hands-on with campaign setup, data analysis, budget allocation, testing frameworks and reporting across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Criteo, Amazon, and retailer marketplaces.
This role is built for someone who loves data. You'll thrive on ROAS, CPA, CVR and CTR metrics & have a good understanding of Google Analytics. You'll work under our Head of Digital & E-Commerce, helping to uncover performance trends, test new strategies, and ensure media spend is being scaled efficiently across four global markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, publish, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon and emerging channels
* Support the continuous optimisation of paid media channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Amazon, and others across four global markets.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.).
* Pull, analyse, and interpret campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular insights and performance summaries to the Head of Marketing & E-Commerce.
* Develop data-backed recommendations for the Creative Team to inform ad iterations, audience testing, and asset development.
* Assist with building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and testing frameworks.
* Support campaign setup, QA, and tracking implementation as needed.
* Stay up to date with platform changes, best practices, and new performance opportunities across global regions.
* Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and platform reps where relevant.
* Deliver learnings, performance insights, and creative recommendations to the Content Strategist to support ad development and testing. Support creative testing frameworks by advising on what assets, formats, and angles should be tested next.

Required Experience
* 1–3 years experience in digital performance marketing, paid social, or paid search.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, and ideally SEO, TikTok & Google Ads Manager.
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets competency.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking fundamentals.
* Previous experience working in e-commerce is highly advantageous.
