Enterprise Sales Director Role Overview
Sales Director roles play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead the sales process, identifying new opportunities and cultivating them into sustainable partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage commercially viable clients to present the value proposition of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and expand Barhead's footprint.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of consultative sales experience in a services sales environment, preferably within Dynamics 365 or cloud-based software. Strong commercial acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in CRM platforms for accurate and timely sales forecasting is also required.
