Role & Duties
* Work alongside a high producing agent
* Database management & general administrative tasks
* Administrative support, such as overseeing marketing campaigns, preparing documents, and compiling reports.
* Handle prospective buyer enquiries &identify potential leads
* Schedule and manage appointments and organise open homes
* Build and sustain strong relationships with buyers, investors and industry contacts
* Attend and assist with property appraisals
* Coordinate and assist in preparing property listings
About You
Bring your energy and initiative to a role where you'll work alongside and support a high producing agent. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales / sales administration, a strong understanding of the local Perth market, and the ability to foster client relationships.
* Vehicle & unrestricted WA drivers licence
* Minimum 12 months industry experience
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
