The business provides a comprehensive portfolio of solutions used within operating theatres and outpatient settings, including laser systems for stone and prostate procedures, endourology consumables, flexible and rigid scopes, fibre systems, imaging platforms and associated capital equipment.
Working closely with urologists and theatre teams, the company is known for its strong clinical support model, technical expertise and ability to deliver tailored solutions that improve procedural outcomes and efficiency within surgical environments.
OPPORTUNITY
An opportunity exists for a high-performing Key Account Manager to take ownership of the Western Australian territory, focused on urology and surgical accounts across major hospital groups and specialist clinics.
This is a highly specialised, clinically focused role requiring strong engagement with urologists, registrars, theatre nurses, NUMs and procurement teams. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, supporting procedures in theatre and driving utilisation across a premium portfolio of urology devices and capital equipment.
Success in this role will come from your ability to influence clinicians, build long‐term relationships and identify opportunities to expand product usage across hospital departments and networks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and grow a portfolio of key hospital accounts, with a strong focus on urology departments and surgical units
* Develop relationships with urologists, surgeons, registrars, theatre nurses, NUMs and procurement stakeholders
* Provide hands‐on, in‐theatre support across procedures such as stone management, laser prostate treatments and related urology interventions
* Drive adoption of capital equipment and consumables including laser platforms, fibres, scopes and endourology devices
* Identify and convert new business opportunities across hospital groups, day surgeries and specialist clinics
* Deliver product training, in‐services and technical demonstrations to clinical teams
* Work closely with procurement and clinical stakeholders to support tenders, trials and product evaluations
* Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned to revenue targets
* Maintain a strong pipeline across both capital and consumable sales opportunities
* Collaborate with internal service and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
CANDIDATE
* Proven medical device sales experience within urology OR strong operating theatre sales background is essential
* Existing relationships with urologists and hospital theatre environments highly regarded
* Demonstrated experience supporting procedures in theatre or working closely with clinical teams
* Strong understanding of capital equipment and consumable sales cycles within hospitals
* Ability to influence multiple stakeholders including clinicians and procurement
* Commercially driven with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets
* Highly organised, self‐motivated and capable of managing a large territory autonomously
* Willingness to travel across Western Australia
