Experienced Project Leader Sought
We are looking for a seasoned project leader to drive our commercial projects in South Sydney.
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the allocation of resources, including trades, labour and materials.
* Liaise effectively with Engineers, Senior Management and Architects to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Maintain exceptionally high standards of Health & Safety across all projects.
* Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to quality specifications.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior project manager or equivalent role in a principal contractor environment.
* Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the industrial or large-span commercial sectors.
* Industrial or large-span commercial projects involving complex site management and coordination.
* Construction-related tertiary qualifications such as a degree or diploma in a relevant field.
* Superior communication, negotiation, and business development skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, facilitating cohesive team dynamics and long-term career growth opportunities.
