ZIMMERMANN is seeking an accomplished Performance Marketing Manager to lead our global performance marketing strategy.
This pivotal role, based at our Rosebery, NSW, Head Office, reports to the Digital Marketing Director and is an integral part of our dynamic Digital Marketing team.
About our role:
Execute and optimise the global digital performance marketing strategy, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Director to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role drives revenue growth and maximises Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) through data-driven paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with our global brand vision.
As the Performance Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Performance Marketing Strategy: Lead and refine performance marketing initiatives, aligning with global and regional objectives. Execute cross-channel digital campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Oversee paid media investments (search, social, display, affiliate), with continuous optimisation for effectiveness and efficiency. Campaign data analysis to maximise ROAS and customer lifetime value, adapting global content for local relevance. Collaboration with the Digital team and agency support for improved SEO and organic client acquisition.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with the Global Digital Marketing Director and team to align strategies and share best practices across markets. Partnership with commercial teams to ensure digital marketing supports retail and e-commerce goals. Working with CRM and Content teams for a seamless omnichannel client journey, and oversight of external media agencies, ensuring accountability for performance and budget.
* Data-Driven Optimisation & Reporting: Leverage business intelligence and digital dashboards to refine Zimmermann's campaigns. Analysis of performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Establish clear reporting frameworks for data-driven leadership decisions. Staying current on digital trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies essential for marketing effectiveness.
* Budget Management: Management of the digital marketing budget, with optimised spend allocation across channels for maximum impact. Ensure strong ROI on digital investments. Tracking spending efficiency, identifying cost optimisation areas, and collaborating with finance teams on forecasts and financial reviews.
What you will bring to the role:
* Five+ years' experience in digital or performance marketing.
* Demonstrable expertise in e-commerce SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing.
* Ability to develop and provide feedback on creative assets for campaigns, collaborating with in-house designers and agencies to build high-engagement, on-brand creative.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, including advanced knowledge of online metrics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Keen interest in the luxury fashion sector, with a passion for staying informed on industry trends and communication.
* Strong understanding of the latest trends, best practices, and measurement in digital and performance marketing.
* Strong collaborative and communication skills.
* Degree-level qualifications or equivalent work experience.
