Dyers Distribution is a family owned company who have been providing quality transport services since 1932. Due to demand we have a number permanent HC driver vacancies for quality operators to distribute grocery products throughout metro and regional Victoria.
Overview of Task:
Distribution of Retail Grocery and FMCG products
PM shift across 7 days. Shifts normally scheduled to start between 7:00pm and Midnight
Based at Derrimut
Ambient and temperature controlled deliveries
On the job training and assessment
Quick hitch at DC (the customer loads)
Dock to Dock deliveries, electric pallet jack at delivery point
Over award Enterprise Agreement in place
Phone allowance per shift
New equipment
Supportive team culture
Successful applicants must have:
A current HC with at least 12 months experience
Refrigeration / Temperature Control experience preferred but not essential
Proven safe driving record
A safe work ethic
Good communication and customer service skills
Chain of Responsibility compliant
Basic Fatigue Management preferred
Smart phone
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol screening.
