This is a contingent position based upon contract award.
About the Job
As a Customer Service Mail Coordinator, you will:
* Sort and distribute incoming mail.
* Prepare outgoing mail (enveloping, stamping, sorting).
* Manage postal requirements and ensure postage is up-to-date.
* Maintain records and logs of mail.
* Implement quality control measures to ensure installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the team and with stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Requirements
* Must be a US or Australian citizen.
* Must have a US Secret clearance, or an Australian NV-1 clearance.
* Must have a minimum of two years of USPS or AUS Mail experience.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Working knowledge of mail processes and postal regulations.
* Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
* Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
