Program Objectives
1. Undertake a rotational program designed to give you a foot in the door in a career in Regional and Agribusiness Banking.
2. Learn and develop with opportunities aligned to building critical skills for a future in banking.
3. Connect with past graduates and foster mentoring relationships.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with high-performing agribusiness and business bankers in regional areas of Australia. You will also participate in industry learning and ongoing skill development, and be provided with networking opportunities with fellow graduates and employees.
