* Culture Development: Create and maintain a culture that prioritizes employee growth, collaboration, transparency, and effective communication.
* Leadership and Coaching: Lead, coach, and support the store team to achieve performance goals and objectives.
* Feedback and Development: Provide regular and constructive feedback to prioritize employee growth and internal advancement opportunities.
* Talent Acquisition and Retention: Support recruitment and induction processes to reduce turnover and ensure strong team development.
Main Objectives:
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through CLASS selling steps and relevant customer service techniques.
* Drive and maintain sales performance within the store aligned with retail targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Conduct weekly store walks with the Store Manager to discuss areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
