THE TASK AT HAND
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with copywriters to develop original, insight-led ideas for campaigns and pitches.
* Translate concepts into visual treatments, storyboards, mood boards, and mockups.
* Work on integrated campaigns including TV, digital, social, print, and experiential.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
* Work closely with design and production teams to bring ideas to life with polish and precision.
* Stay current with design trends, advertising innovations, and cultural moments.
* Present work internally and support senior creatives in client presentations.
* Contribute to TBWA’s culture of Disruption by bringing fresh thinking and creative energy to everything you do.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO TBWA
You
* A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, originality, and a strong grasp of design and composition.
* 1–2 years of experience in a creative or advertising role (internships included).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* An understanding of integrated advertising and multi-platform storytelling.
* Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills.
* A hunger to learn, grow, and push creative boundaries.
* A love for big ideas — and the craft to make them sing visually.
