Job Description
In this role you will oversee the supply chain as well as own the replenishment strategy.
Drive efficiency, and boost customer satisfaction while aligning supply chain power with commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, uplift, and drive delivery – oversee logistics, replenishment, and direct supply models to ensure product availability, DIFOT performance, and customer satisfaction.
Drive forecasting & inventory optimisation – integrate data and trends to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess, minimise out-of-stocks, and improve working capital efficiency.
Enhance supplier & cross-functional collaboration – build strong supplier relationships and partner with merchandise, planning, and operations teams to align strategies with business goals.
Champion transformation & innovation – uplift and transform ordering systems, implement automation, adopt new technologies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Deliver operational excellence – monitor KPIs, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and develop high-performing teams to achieve efficiency, cost control, and strategic growth.
About You
Experienced in overseeing supply chain, leading replenishment, and inventory transformation with strong system knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
Highly detail-oriented, accountable, and adept at prioritising workloads.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and clear communication, simplifying complex data into actionable insights while delivering high-quality results on time.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications or business experience
Strong experience overseeing supply chain vendors
Extensive experience in leading replenishment and inventory transformation
Experience across complex food supply chains – FMCG / Retail
Experience across multi-site retail 100+ stores with central supply chain and replenishment functions
Ability to influence and work alongside regional teams, support functions, seek feedback and continually strive for systems, processes and procedures that meet the needs of the business
Ability to understand a supply chain and replenishment P&L and how to drive cost efficiencies
Lead through transformational organisational change & projects
