As a senior-level Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives across key business units. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing modern HR strategies that align with the organization's overall People strategy.
* Partner with executives to deliver tailored people solutions based on business needs.
* Drive and embed Group-wide HR strategies and cyclical BAU activities within the business unit.
* Provide strategic and operational HR advice to leaders across all facets of people management.
* Coach and support managers to build leadership capability.
* Identify and deliver local HR initiatives aligned to business and Group People Strategy.
* Manage Talent & Succession and Performance Development cycles.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and survey action planning.
* Lead and support change management.
* Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and capability building.
* Report key HR metrics to the executive team.
* Maintain strong relationships across internal business units and HR functions.
* Collaborate with shared services, WR, HSEQ, L&D and Indigenous Engagement teams.
* Promote learning and development aligned to future workforce needs.
* Benchmark practices and stay current on evolving HR trends and compliance.
Key qualifications include:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
* Extensive experience in leading and supporting change management initiatives.
* Strong track record in coaching and developing managers.
* Skilled in leveraging HR data and insights to drive decisions and action.
