Key Responsibilities:Program & Project ManagementDevelop and manage construction programs.Manage stakeholder relationships, including Directors, project managers, and external partnersEnsure high-quality deliverables through strong oversight, resourcing and quality controlProject DeliveryOversee project documentation, tendering, and management of developers, contractors, and consultants.Management of contracts to be all formsManagement of contracts on behalf of, including consultants, contractors and fit out contractorsMaintain and monitor quality control measures across projectsDesign management in accordance with project requirements documents in line with expectationsCreate project management plans and milestones, ensuring optimal delivery timelinesThe timely provision of necessary project reports to clients and Project DirectorsEngage senior stakeholders to align on project deliverables and requirementsFinancial ManagementTimely and accurate forecasting of work to be undertakenEffective allocation and time management of resources to balance workload with capacityClient Specific ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with site teams to develop strategies, interim solutions, and funding plansOversee budget development, scheduling, and contracting strategiesManage design contracting and oversee development to IFCE2E Programmatic consultation and supportDocument management throughout design phasesQualifications and Experience:3-5 years of Construction experience, preferably on site with builder in a management capacityDegree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferredProven experience in managing complex industrial and/or commercial facilitiesStrong understanding of project management principles, with experience managing architects and engineersExposure to property development or data centre projects is desirableProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and MS ProjectBehaviours and Attributes:Collaborative, proactive, and results-drivenStrong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage with all levels of an organisationEntrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented approachWhy TMX Transform?
