Talk to us about why there’s no better place to become the best than Wotton Kearney.About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of Wotton Kearney’s (WK) growth, working closely with our partners and BD team to deliver compelling tenders and proposals and support business development initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing together teams to collaborate on proposals, and crafting persuasive, client-focused documents. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the BD team with broader strategic initiatives. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute, and make an impact.Key responsibilitiesWork with partners and the BD team to develop winning tenders, proposals and panel appointment submissions.Help manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are high-quality, client-focused, and aligned with WK’s strategic goals.Collaborate with external bid consultants on major panel opportunities as needed.Coordinate input from various teams (product lines, design, finance, risk & compliance, admin) to streamline tender and proposal development.Maintain and enhance WK’s Tender Hub, including templates, CVs, case studies, key messaging and tracking report.Use WK’s internal AI tools to drive efficiency in proposal creation and content management.Be a brand champion, ensuring tenders and proposals reflect our firm’s identity and values.Business Development SupportAssist the BD team in developing and maintaining capability statements that showcase WK’s expertise.Help execute product line plans through the delivery of BD activities and projects to strengthen WK’s market position.Work with the MBD Director to deliver discrete, strategic BDM projects at the firmwide level.What’s in it for you?Work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your contributions will be valued.Gain exposure to high-profile tenders, proposals and BD projects.Build your skills in proposal writing, stakeholder management, and business development.Industry Leaders & Innovation Pioneers - We don’t just keep up with change; we drive it.
