Job Opportunity: Corporate Communications Officer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of corporate communications officer. This position will involve developing and implementing internal communication strategies and campaigns, as well as creating a wide range of communications products to drive key messages to the wider community.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the social media landscape and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement effective communication strategies that engage staff and promote the department's key messages.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, public relations or equivalent experience. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a demonstrated understanding of social media scheduling platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement internal communication strategies and campaigns
* Create a wide range of communications products, including social media posts, press releases and internal communications
* Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement
* Contribute to staff engagement through communication products
