Who are we?
One of Australia's newest fastest growing start up, Plastic Recycling Hub's doing the jobs that others can't. We are a young team of 30+ employees and operating in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle with Brisbane and Canberra to open later this year. We are NOT! a waste provider, we are a service provider that develops new ways of re-using rigid plastics. Our clients are the likes of Coates, Sulo, CPB Contractors, Coles, Aldi, Reece to mention a few. We deliver an environmental economy with a true ROI on unwanted plastics.

Your new role
* Responsible for identifying and developing existing & new business accounts.
* Managing our Tall Emu CRM software.
* Supporting back end admin with customers calls and bookings.
* Arranging collections and logistics for local and interstate collections
* Ensure long term growth and profitability of your business by identifying and developing relationships with clients and generating new business.
* Submit quotes and follow up on leads to close sales.
* Occasional out of office meetings.
* Provide excellent customer service, build and maintain strong customer relationships.
About you
* Ability to manage and retain business.
* Are able to be pleasant with our customers and build a relationship.
* Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role or similar.
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
* A passion for sales and experience generating new business.
* Tenacious, resilient attitude and results focused.
* Understand the importance of supporting a CRM.
* Work well under pressure, find opportunity and drive business.
* Showcase your entrepreneurship skills to open new supply avenues.
* Ability to work with your factory team to deliver on time, every time.
* Willing to learn about how to build a sustainable journey for our customers.

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
