We are seeking a Relocation Consultant to join our team in Adelaide.
Australian Relocation Managers (ARM) is part of The Lifestylers Group Pty Ltd. Since 2005, The Lifestylers Group has been assisting busy executives relocating to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
Position:
The successful applicant will be employed as a casual staff member. In addition to an hourly rate of pay, The Lifestylers Group/ARM provides:
* Mobile phone allowance
* Travel allowance
* KM allowance
Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
* Liaising with clients
* Researching and shortlisting rental properties based on client requirements
* Presenting property options to clients
* Coordinating property inspection appointments with real estate agents
* Collecting clients from airports, hotels, offices, or other locations and accompanying them to view properties
* Conducting suburb familiarization tours
* Assisting clients with tenancy applications
* Supporting clients with lease signing and key collection
* Helping clients set up utilities
* Providing departure assistance, as required
* Other duties as needed
You may also provide specific guidance on topics such as:
* Education, child care, recreation, and lifestyle differences
* Cultural aspects
* Local council information
* Banking, driver's license, medical, and other administrative requirements
Due to the nature of the industry, workloads can fluctuate throughout the year. Hours will vary depending on assignments, so flexibility is essential. Most work will occur between 8 am and 6 pm, with some weekend and after-hours work required.
Requirements:
* Personal experience with relocation
* Experience as a Relocation Consultant
* Current driver's license
* Late-model, well-maintained motor vehicle
* Flexibility to travel and work across all metropolitan areas
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency with computers
* Experience in the real estate industry (preferred)
