Job Title
As a key player in the organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the BeSafe program across the company. This includes facilitating, embedding, and educating teams on the critical risk management and site action plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Integrate the BeSafe program with divisions, ensuring collaboration and successful implementation.
* Roll out initiatives and campaigns associated with Be Safe, including leadership development programs.
* Execute system declutter objectives, including simplification of safety and health systems.
* Work collaboratively with the system manager to streamline processes and systems.
Audit Duties
* Complete and oversee the audit schedule, covering divisional audits and pre/post-acquisition due diligence audits.
* Interface with auditors, client relation managers, and operations to address audit issues.
* Contribute to certified management systems development and achievement.
* Undertake critical risk assessments to ensure standard verification and testing across the business.
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure audit issues are addressed.
* Provide SHS expertise in certification and compliance to the business.
Data Analytics
* Develop meaningful data sets to meet reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly, annually).
* Collaborate with IT and systems teams to optimize system use.
* Improve data input accuracy and alignment with organizational standards through continuous improvement efforts with divisions.
