About the Role

In this role, you'll ensure that all stakeholders clearly understand outcomes, deliverables, approach, and timelines. You'll develop and execute a strong plan to deliver valuable business outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead specific projects and accounts, driving significant business development efforts to meet revenue and profit targets.
2. Develop trusted relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor to senior business and technical stakeholders.
3. Manage the overall delivery of engagements within your accounts, including scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and valuable outcomes.
4. Contribute to the development of Intellectual Property, including service offerings, frameworks, methodologies, and other high-quality resources and content.
5. Audit and coach teams on new ways of working and continuous improvement.
6. Serve as a mentor and provide guidance and support to help team members develop their skills and advance their careers.
7. Participate in the talent acquisition process, including interviewing and evaluating candidates.
8. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team engagement and participation in team-building activities.
