About the role
An exciting full-time opportunity is available for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our General Services team at the Yalumba winery and bottling facilities in Angaston.
Responsible for maintaining company plant and equipment through preventative and general maintenance, minimising production downtime, and driving continuous improvement in operations and work practices.
Key requirements
· Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment, identifying root causes and minimising production disruption.
· Drive continuous improvement, suggesting ways to enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and overall workflow.
· Collaborate effectively with operators, supervisors, and other departments to maintain production quality and operational outcomes.
· Manage materials and documentation, ensuring spare parts are ordered, jobs are recorded in Mainpac, and workshop security is maintained.
· Develop skills and maintain professionalism, demonstrating a proactive, helpful attitude while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
About you
We are seeking a licensed (A-Class) Electrician with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively. A technically skilled electrical professional with desirable experience in industrial electronics and PLC/SCADA environments.
Experience with Microsoft Office and basic data entry is required, while familiarity with Mainpac and additional licences such as boom lift, scissor lift, or forklift are desirable.
