This is a fixed-term opportunity to join our team as an HR Adviser in the Barwon South West Region.
About the Role
As the HR Adviser, you'll provide expert advice and guidance on operational and strategic human resources matters, including:
1. Generalist human resources services, such as payroll and employment conditions, recruitment, and performance management.
2. Consultancy advice on policies, frameworks, processes, and employment conditions.
3. Liaising with staff and management to resolve industrial and employee relations issues.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in generalist human resources functions.
* Experience in providing advice on workplace matters, performance management, and employee development.
A qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing consultancy advice to management and staff on human resource issues.
* Liaising with administrative and custodial staff on industrial and employee relations issues.
